1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Kemetion application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Kemetion is a free-to-play social cricket strategy simulator designed exclusively for entertainment purposes. It is classified as a video game / entertainment application and does NOT constitute gambling, betting, or wagering of any kind.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use Kemetion.
• By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
• If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Nature of the Service

• Kemetion is a social simulation game where users build virtual cricket teams, compete for Glory Points, and unlock achievement badges.
• All in-game currencies, items, and rewards (including Glory Points, virtual skins, and badges) are virtual items with no real-world monetary value.
• Users cannot deposit, wager, win, or withdraw real money through the Service.
• Virtual items cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted into real money, goods, or services.
• Kemetion is legal in all Indian states and union territories because it does not involve real-money gambling.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• One person may maintain only one active account at a time.

5. Virtual Items & In-App Purchases

5.1 Virtual Items

Glory Points, virtual skins, badges, and other in-game items ("Virtual Items") are licensed to you, not sold. They remain the property of Kemetion at all times.

5.2 No Monetary Value

Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be:

• Exchanged for real money or cryptocurrency
• Transferred to other users for compensation
• Redeemed for goods or services outside the game
• Withdrawn as cash or any form of payment

5.3 Optional Purchases

Kemetion may offer optional cosmetic items (skins, badges) for purchase. These purchases are entirely optional and do not affect gameplay or competitive advantage. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to sell, trade, or transfer Virtual Items for real money or value outside the Service.
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party tools.
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
• Use the Service to promote gambling, betting, or any illegal activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and code — are the exclusive property of Kemetion and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kemetion and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and any Virtual Items associated with your account may be forfeited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
